booking and payment
If you would like to make a booking, firstly please telephone or e-mail us to check availability. Like most small B&B's we do not accept credit or debit cards. To secure your reservation we require a cheque for the deposit of £25/room/night.
Please note that we request cash payments for the balance of the booking at check in.

cancellation
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date. We will refund your deposit if we are able to re-let the room. Should you leave Craig-Y-Wig before the end of your booked stay we will reimburse 50% of your outstanding booking. We will make no refund if your early departure is related to your breaking of our Terms&Conditions. We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you are covered for any charges due to cancellation.

no smoking
Please note that Craig-Y-Wig has a strict no-smoking policy. We will enforce this policy by removing, without refund, guests found smoking indoors and reserve the right to charge costs for any expenses incurred.

room occupancy and food
We allow a maximum of 2 guests per room. We are happy to welcome well behaved children aged 10 years and older. Food is not permitted in our bedrooms.

arrival and departure
Standard check-in time is from 2pm and no later than 6pm. Please ring beforehand for pre-advised and unavoidable arrivals after 6pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

parking
Craig-Y-Wig has double yellow lines at the front of the house and your car can be parked there for loading and unloading of luggage only. We have on street car parking for one car at the back of the house, which can be reserved for you at the time of your booking.
New Quay has four safe car parks (two council car parks and two privately owned) within short and easy walking distance of Craig-Y-Wig. These car parks are open 24 hours a day for a small fee of around £2.00/24 hours or £5.00/week.

pets
Guide dogs are very welcome, but please inform us at the time of booking.
